Pre-release access list
Setting postgraduate initial teacher training targets is an operational process; therefore, early access to targets for selected stakeholders is essential to their production. These selected stakeholders within the Department for Education are granted early access for consultation on model assumptions and target setting principles.
The number of entrants, and the proportion of these targets that is reached, are published annually as Official Statistics as part of the Initial Teacher Training Census.
