Description

This publication provides a high-level national summary of the number of academies that have moved trusts from the financial year 2013-14 to 2020-21 and the total grant funding provided. All figures are drawn from the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) Management Information and Regional Delivery Directorate (RDD) Management Information.

Coverage

The data covers England only. Statistics in the tables “Academy Transfers and Funding 2013-14 to 2020-21” and “Total Academy Transfers and Funding Since 2013-14” are given at national level.  Statistics in the ancillary table “Academies that have moved trust and grant funding provided” are given at school level.
