Footnotes

1. Age is calculated as on the date the request for the EHC needs assessment was received.
2. Leicester were unable to provide request or assessment dates in the 2026 data collection. This will affect calculation of assessments, requests and the numbers of plans issued within 20 weeks during the 2025 calendar year.  Where "no data" is shown no dates were returned.
3. Figures for the Isle of Wight for the 2025 calendar year and 2025/26 academic year are suppressed due to issues with data quality.
