4 October 2023	The update corrects for an issue with the methodology which led to some NPQ participants in non-school settings being excluded from the total number of NPQ participants and funded starts. Additionally, we have made a minor correction to methodology for dealing with participants doing multiple courses, which led to unintended discounting of a small number of starts where an individual took a course in one year and another course the following year.
