Breakdown of 2012/13 postgraduate routes excludes Employment based initial teacher training. Hence their total will not match the 2012/13 postgraduate figures.
Teaching in a state school: registered as employed in a state-funded school in England within 16 months of qualification. 2018/19 figures are Provisional (uplifted), up to and including 2017/18 are Revised. Due to rounding, the sum of constituent parts may differ from the reported total. See Methodology for further details.
Teach First is included in postgraduate totals from 2015/16 onwards. Teach First data collection was not mandatory until 2015/16, therefore, any trends may be a result of the difference in data collection.
For the undergraduate route, this publication includes final year trainees only.
