Impact of HE provider region on earnings
Description
We made adjustments to raw median graduate earnings to compensate for two features of the data: (1) earnings differ between regions where graduates are currently living, and (2) the region of the HE provider is associated with where graduates live and earn money five years after graduation. This datafile provides comparisons of raw and adjusted earnings by the region of the HE provider.
Coverage
All UK domiciled first degree graduates from HE providers in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) and living five years later in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Median earnings are during the 2021-22 tax year, five years after graduation in 2016.
File formats and conventions
