Footnotes

  1. Staff turnover rates are the number of paid staff who left employment during the period expressed as a percentage of the total number of paid staff employed at the start of the period.  Staff leaving includes temporary staff employed directly by the provider but excludes agency staff, staff who do not work directly with children and anyone going on extended leave, such as maternity leave.
