Note: These statistics are published as Official Statistics. Children looked after on 31 March each year, by number of social worker changes across the previous 12 months and 24 months (social worker stability). 

This file was added in July 2023. Data in the file was collected by the Children's Commissioner's Office and relates to an earlier time period (2019 to 2020). The next update is expected to be data for 2024.
