- Mean figures for 2022, 2023 and 2024 are reported to the nearest 0.1 to aid comparisons between the years. Figures prior to 2022 are only available rounded to the nearest whole number.
- Includes temporary staff but excludes volunteer staff and apprentices. Staff that do not work directly with children, such as administrative staff, are also excluded.
